THE STORY OF HELP THE PHYSICALLY DISABLED

Help the Physically Disabled is a student-led project featuring Curtis Yip, Aoi Sakamoto, Oswald Lau and Bryan Sham. It focuses on the inequalities and discrimination the physically disabled face every day in the society of Hong Kong, ranging from the workplace to simple things like restrooms and restaurant accessibility. Help the Physically Disabled has worked with Dignity Kitchen, a social enterprise with locations in HK and Singapore to tackle the issues relating to these inadequate measures taken to protect the differently abled from the series of inequities and ableism we see on a day to day basis.
